Cancellation Policy

Site Visit & Contact Policy The customer will be contacted by telephone within two (2) hours of booking confirmation to arrange and confirm the date and time of the site visit. If a reschedule is required, notice must be provided at least one (1) to two (2) hours before the agreed appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the appointment being canceled and rescheduled to the next available time slot upon the customer creating a new booking.
